Our state-of-art cooking process, allows for either 28 to 42 days shelf life for chilled product and 1 year for frozen. Cook-Chill and Cook-frozen formats in ready to heat in the bag for foodservice (1kg, 2kg to 5kg) or in tubs or stand-up pouches for retail (300g, 500g, 800g 1kg to 1.3kg).

We also produce base simmer sauce of all of the above varieties for your convenience to add what ever meat & vegetables and finish it off.
