We produce a fantastic range of authentic curries and casseroles for all your main dish requirements. Using whole spices, the freshest meats and the finest ingredients produce mouth watering dishes with real chunks of meat and vegetables.
Our state-of-art cooking process, allows for 42days shelf life for chilled product and 1year for frozen. Cook-Chill and Cook-frozen formats in ready to heat in the bag for foodservice (1kg, 2kg to 5kg) or in tubs or stand-up pouches for retail (300g, 500g, 800g 1kg to 1.3kg).
All varieties of protein bases that include Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Pork, Vegetable, Paneer (Indian cottage Cheese) and Seafood.
We also produce base simmer sauce of all of the above varieties for your convenience to add what ever meat & vegetables and finish it off.
