Our kitchens have also Halal accreditation through Halal Certification Authority of Australia for producing Halal products. Our Staff are regularly trained in new techniques and procedures by Melbourne's renowned colleges to keep abreast of industry standards.
Where we can, we use ingredients that are Australian grown and made, therefore guaranteeing freshness, quality and cleanliness that our country is renowned for.
Our large modern commercial kitchen is equipped with the latest equipment (Rational Ovens, Food Processors, Large Kettles, Cook/Chill Tanks, Pastry Sheeters, Plating Rooms, Portion control fillers, Blast Chillers/Freezers, Vacuum Packers etc), which is controlled under strict hygiene conditions that is supervised by our highly trained professional staff.
The quality and reliability of our products are the responsibility of all employees. To this end, procedures covering all aspects of areas affecting production and quality are well documented and records kept for traceability and to implement improvements constantly.
