Depending on the cut, type, and thickness of the meat or the type of food in question, cooking sous-vide can be done from 2 hours to 48 hours is not out of the ordinary.

Our range includes; slow cooked whole muscles (such as Lamb Shoulder or Beef Brisket) as well as portion control proteins such as Lamb Shanks, Pork Belly or even Chicken Breast.  When these items a paired up with our on trend flavoursome sauces and marinades, the meats are moist, succulent, tender and of course delicious.

By providing this solution, we remove the labour and hours of cooking time required for such products from your kitchen.   We supply you with a fully cooked product that has a shelf life of 4-6 weeks chilled and is conveniently as heat and serve.
