Restaurant quality made with layering cooking methods to extract true flavour. We add garnishes and tempered seasonings to give our curries and casseroles that finishing touch.
The range includes all varieties of protein that include Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Pork and Seafood, along with Vegetarian options like Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese). Plant Based & Vegan meals are a growing area we cater to using Vegetables, Tofu, Soy (TVP), Legumes and Lentils. We also produce base simmer sauce of all of the above varieties for your convenience to add what ever meat & vegetables and finish it off.
Our state-of-art cooking process, allows for either 28 to 42 days shelf life for chilled product and 1 year for frozen. Cook-Chill and Cook-frozen formats in ready to heat in the bag for foodservice (1kg, 2kg to 4kg). Trays and Stand-up pouches for retail from 200g to 1kg, both in hot filled and Gas Flushed packaging options.
